As a qualified psychotherapist, my Auckland-based therapy practice is designed to be a collaborative process. Together, we will work on overcoming the obstacles which keep you from living the life you want.
For the first part of my working life, I had a successful career in business and bring a thorough understanding of the demands and emotional pressures of modern-day life to our conversation.
My experience is backed by a Master's degree in Psychotherapy from AUT University in Auckland, and my continuing professional development, attending conferences and training workshops locally and abroad.
Therapy can help you get through difficult experiences, understand your thoughts and feelings, and find ways to move forward.

In our first session, I will hear about what is bringing you to therapy. If, at the end of our appointment, we both feel like a good match, we will decide on a plan for our work together.
